Kristin is passionate about developing creative ideas into new capabilities and offerings. She is an enthusiastic builder of momentum within complex organizations, driving to extend the boundaries of what’s possible. At FCAT, Kristin is responsible for marketing, engagement, and program management. She leads a creative and outcome-oriented team to bring FCAT’s research, experiments, and products to Fidelity and its customers.
Before joining Fidelity in 2021, Kristin was a managing director at State Street, leading global technology transformation. Earlier she directed innovation and strategy at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, where she initiated the organization’s exploration into blockchain technology.
