Anjali Lai leads research related to sociocultural, behavioral, and decision-making trends that impact the future of Fidelity’s customer and associate experience. Previously, Anjali spent over a decade at Forrester where she built and led the firm’s global consumer research. Anjali has been a regular keynote speaker at research industry events and serves as adjunct faculty for Columbia University’s graduate communication programs. Anjali holds an M.S. in applied marketing research and a B.A. in English and communication theory from Boston University.
